Online Publisher Purch Acquires ShopSavvy

 Purch just announced that it has acquired ShopSavvy, the mobile shopping startup backed by Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin. Purch was formerly known as TechMediaNetwork and operates sites including Tom’s Guide and AnandTech.
